I had great success with a sarcoid cream and feeding daily amount of TurmerAid (boost immunity) and they vanished. Did vet say what type of sarcoids. Silver had occult sarcoids (flat ones) - they have vanished (touch wood).

I can dig out the cream and tell you what it was (a friend very kindly cured her own horse and sent me the leftovers) if you want.
