ok, well, I will describe the 5 steps of jumping for you, as I don't really know what you need help on.
Approach- steady, even pace, with lots of impulsion, but not speed, just impulsion. The horse should be alert, listening, and ready to respond.
Takeoff- Looking straight between the ears, give a little nudge at the takeoff point. Start to lean into your jumping position, giving a little with your hands.
Suspension- You are over the jump, looking straight ahead between the horses ears, suspended in your jumping position to help the horse with their center of gravity. You've got your hands up his/her neck depending on the height of the jump in a release. The horse is tucked in nicely, and has not overjumped, nor has she/he not taken off too early or late.
Landing- Sit back lightly in the saddle, arms down to allow the horse to stretch foward landing. Still looking straight, or starting to look where you need to go.
Recovery- You are down in the saddle, hands back to their original position, and the horse is still listening and responding to how you want. You are looking where you want to go, and the horse still has plenty of impulsion and energy.
this is a quick overview, as I can't stay long. But basically, you've got the 5 steps to a good jump

Read it over, if you need more info I'll repost it again later in more detail.
