My horse recently had a 2nd scan on his tendon after 3months box rest. The vet said his tendon is healing nicely so can be turned out in a small paddock and walked on flat hard ground. He's also having 7 injections of Adequan 4 days apart, the last one's due next week. Been walking him for 20min a day but not sure where to go from now. Can anyone reccommend an exercise programme?

Speak to your vet but when my cob mare was in recovering from her tendon injury, it was walking on hard ground and in straight lines and building up for longer and longer, introducing periods of trot. No riding in a school and no circles or lots of bending.
