Bitless bridles what do you use them for??

if the one you tried is similar to a mechanical hackamore those can be very harsh -totally different thing from the bitless people are describing here.
Like I said not all bitless are equal or mild. Trying a hackamore and it not working out definitely does not rule out bitless bridles in other styles.
 
Its just a padded noseband with shanks, she was leaning on it an awful lot as well which she doesnt do at all in a bit. I do have a friend sending me a sidepull (i think thats what its called anyway) so will try that but my arms were aching after she realised she could sit on it :redcarded:
