I know its a silly question but, can you? For example, if you took two horses to the same show could you enter them in the same jumping class or dressage test with the same rider?

I'm sure that you can. You can also enter the same horse twice (with 2 different riders) at most places. This often happens when a horse is shared and both sharers want to do the class.

I have done this too, I make sure with the organisers that it's okay though. I have done it at county shows in the driving too.

One rider can usually enter on two or more horses, but I have only seen one horse with 2 or more riders at special events, such as RS/college competitions.

You would need to let the organisers know so they keep the times apart (it can be quite complicated for One Day Events), and remember that if under BD rules, you are not allowed to let anyone else work in your horse.
