Cleveland Riding Centre, Skelton (aka Bonuses)

Just wondering if anyone from here used to ride there before it closed down.

I did, years and years ago (in the 1970s). I loved it. I rode and helped out there at the weekends and in the holidays. Riding bareback to the field was the highlight of every weekend. Going to point to points with the horses was great too.

Muppet was my favourite horse. I remember her arriving as a 5 year old, called Jean. I think she was still there when it closed down.

Anyone know how everyone is now (Mr Bonas, Beverley, Patrick etc)?
