Alexandra Kurland has several, I think you need lessons 1-4 ideally, and then add the others. She posts to the UK as I have the riding book on order. I have her other book too and that is good.
Yes Alex's books are excellent - buy the Step-by-Step one to get started, and if you like the method, then get the riding one. Her DVDs go with the books and she will send them in UK format too.
A slightly more NH approach to using the clicker is in Sharon Foley's book Getting to Yes (there's a review of it here).
I started off using the Heather Simpson one a good few years ago now, but although it does the basics very well indeed, it sort of leaves you at the stage where you'd like to know a bit more and to my knowledge, they haven't done a part 2 (and it is quite expensive, although I got mine on eBay).
Just to say I bought 2 dvds from Alex's website and got landed with £14 to pay in import tax... should have really looked into that before buying them!! They are good but turned out to be rather expensive for me
