Could someone help me please...

My dog who is about 10 years old has a lump around her teets (im guessing a tumour? )...its pretty large, large enough for people to mistake her for a boy . I was wondering if someone could give me an idea of what it is? If its is a tumour, will it be cancerous...

Hi, this sounds like a mammary tumour which is quite common, as far as I know 50% turn out to be cancerous and 50% dont so theres no way of knowing without having it tested by a vet, hope this helps!

If your dog has a lump then I'd get her down to the vets ASAP and not waste time taking pictures to post on an internet forum.

nevermind pictures, take her to a vet asap. how long has it been there for if it's so big? let us know what the diagnosis it though...

Ditto... there's no advice you can find on a forum that'll help find out... your dog needs to be tested by a vet ASAP!

ok guys, i really appreciate the help But i am only 15 so couldnt really jump into a car and rush her to the vets, as much as i'd have liked to!
She's at the vets now with my mum, doing a physical examntation? and a chest xray of the lymph nodes or something like that. Fingers crossed it isnt too serious.
