Maybe lay out a factual pro's and con's list for her so she can see you are considering all things. You don't mention if you mother drives you to the barn? if so is the other barn closer but in a different direction from something your mother is already out of the house for (work, driving other siblings etc.) or does your mother have a friend at your current barn perhaps? what is her reason for saying no currently?
