Feeling deflated .... insurance grrr

Obudsman advice might be worth following. Cant offer help as our yards dont insure for vet care. Or rather as my OH puts it we and they self insure. But I am following your story as my Maisie died of cancer in her face and head. She was put down about 2 year after she becme unridable due to loss of sight in one eye.

I'm with petplan and after our first claim they excluded all four legs. I got my vet to write to them and they dropped it to two front legs.
