I am not 100% sure on how I did up the cinch.
So western peeps, can you explain what the double ring is for on the strap with the holes side, (latigo?)
It did up and I am happy with the knot, but I feel the cinch itself needs to be longer due to where the buckles sit on her.
She didn't explode which I see as a good sign, as I usually lunge with something new to find out if she's holding back any thoughts!
I can add a pad next time as I don't really like the idea of the rings being directly on her, though she didn't react to me doing any tightening of things or fiddling.
Yes she's plump, working on it. She's gone chocolate colour again with dapples.
My riding position is awful. I am considering having lessons again at the local stables. But on theirs to save the hassle of settling mine which causes my position to go on the wonk in the first place
