I'm looking around for stuff for Cheek for when I get home (6 months to go!) and keep coming across show bridles with a "futurity knot" on them.

I know that futurity is for 'maiden' horses, on their first time out in the show ring, but does this mean that the bridles are only for them?

I like the look of the bridles, and think they'd suit Cheeky, but don't want to go waltzing into the ring looking like a complete idiot!

Just to show what I mean, here is a bridle with a futurity knot.
