I'm really pleased with Hank, he's spent all weekend stood waiting for me to get him out to drive, pulled the harness out tonight and he's straight to the gate waiting :D We had a lovely drive out, did 1.35 miles mostly at trot. His fitness is building really nicely, so much so that the cheeky git popped into canter at one point, just for a few strides but came back easily. I think he's almost ready to push him out of the bounds of the housing estate so I'm going to put in for our forest permit this week (to get a key to the gates across the fire break tracks) :D pub and picnic drives are in our future :p

Ah, he's got wind of the idea of pub and picnic drives and is after a pint and a plate of chips: no wonder he's keen! ;):D:D
You are more right than you'd believe, he's quite partial to curly fries with brown sauce, this is him stealing mine a couple of years ago when he was meant to be mowing my lawn! :p

He cleared the plate when I turned my back, right before he let himself in the house to see if there was more in the kitchen :rolleyes:

A few pics from tonights drive, didn't go quite as far as planned as D was cold (I will toughen her up yet) but Hank was a good boy

I swear I do normally wear my hat, but the 2 times I get pics I've forgotten it at home, I think I'm going to have to get a 2nd one so I can have 1 at my yard and 1 at G's.
