Birthday cake for horses.
Put broken up bread, honey, carrot, sugar and other foods that horsies love all together in a blender, add as much water as you wish to keep it moist enough for the blender to mix it...
Mix it all up into a lumpy paste and put it in the oven until it is hardish
Horse cookies
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal or oats
1 cup molasses or maple syrup
1 cup shredded carrot
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of water (only adding small bits to bind together.. do not dump in at once)
1 tbs oil
Optional*
crushed peppermint candies or
raisins soaked in hot water for a few moments.. YUM!
toss together all dry ingredients (flour oatmeal, salt) then add carrot and toss again. Then add molasses and stir. Add enough water to barely moisten flour and stir well.
Make golf ball size cookies and squash between your hands a little, making thick little bite sized cookies. Bake around 25-35 minutes at 375 degree oven using middle rack.

ive found how to make a horsey xmas pud:
get a round loaf and cut off the top , push the bread to the sides and fill with all your horses fav things then put the top back on and serve in a feed bowl
