Help please! I am making small, solid chocolate teddy bears for my granddaughter's birthday next week, using a mould. I have not done this sort of thing before. There is a mould for the front and a mould for the back. How do I put the two parts of moulded chocolate together when it has set?

Any tips/advice will be most gratefully received. Thank you.

Thank you. What do you use to warm the edges? Would a hot knife do it? (Can't you tell my cooking is very much of the peel, chop and put in pan variety!)

Hot knife ought to do it, or melt some choc and use it like glue, dribble it on and fridge
