HELP PLEASE! Need London RS with 16 stone limit...

Hi,

I promised my girlfriend I'd take her horse riding next weekend, but I'm too heavy for all the ones I have phoned so far.

I need something in (or around) London with a limit of around 16 stone (and I'm 6 foot 3).

Can anyone help me please?!

If you are able to drive down the M4 to Berkshire, try this place:

They normally take 16 stone, but you will be limited in what they let you do.

Do you have to ride? Or could you still take her but only she rides - if you were both going out on a hack you could put the money that would have paid for you towards her having a private lesson instead? :unsure:

i can vouch for cullinghood they are really good!! I took my partner there for his first lesson and they had plenty of horses that could carry that weight, if you can get the i would try them you could get the train to Reading from Paddinton and then a taxi??

If you call them, they might pick you up from the local train station. I'm sure that if you booked a couple of hours they might find someone to do this- it's only about 2 miles away. Pangbourne Station is the closest.

Hiya, have you tried Coltspring in Rickmansworth?

You could get there by taxi from Chorleywood or Rickmansworth tube, or Watford junction.

PS take it you've tried Kingston Riding Centre and Stag Lodge stables in Richmond Park?
