I have a pony that's been barefoot but has started using front cavallos, problem being they as slightly rubbing the outside edge of the hoof. The pony has white hooves, any ideas, I was thinking vet wrap?? Thanks
I found if my cavallos were slightly loose right after a trim pads helped take up the slack and making sure the tounge is tucked inside the front so you can get it tight enough. Vet wrap works but might get expensive if you use them a lot, have you got pastern wraps for them? A lot of boot people use human sports socks with the toes cut out in place of pastern wraps
