I would really appreciate your help - I am a vet student doing a summer research project on horse health and need as many responses as possible to get the best results.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately we can't take multiple surveys from one owner with multiple horses, as it can cause some level of bias. We ask that you only fill out the survey for which ever horses name comes first in the alphabet. We really appreciate your support!
