I went to a Horses Inside Out demo last night, I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve knowledge of anatomy and function. Gillian was engaging and entertaining and had so much to share.
She shared some great pole exercises, and a few non pole ones and explained how they help the horse physically develop in a positive way.
It really complimented the Jet Ballou book I got last year and have been tinkering with, a lot of the exercises are the same but the demo really brought it all to life and helped me better understand the practical application of the exercises.
