How do I create photo albums

How do I make photo albums and things on here? Sorry for the utterly thick question, I'm just confused.

Click on your avatar on this thread.
Click the blue "My Profile" it will come up with boxes and "media" is one option.

That shows you what media you have in the albums.
I believe to create the album, you go to menu and drop down to media. It says add media
