How does my afternoon compare

Imust be better than chocolate and did I was eating liked it was going to run out!

I heard on the radio this morning that people who eat dark chocolate are less likely to suffer depression than non or milk chocolate eaters. Luckily dark chocolate is my favourite so I made sure to pick some up on my way home from work tonight ... I'm already back on the red wine because Steve Wright said on his show that drinking a glass of red a day helps you lose weight up to 30% quicker, so by my reckoning if you drink red wine you can eat more (dark chocolate possibly?) Win win as far as I'm concerned :p
