I hacked Jack out today for the first time ever, we went past a field of mares a foals galloping around like hooligans he just snorted and stomped, and acted all stallion like. my OH was behind with kids and the pony but we where well ahead of them and soon lost sight. I stopped to talk to a friend and we headed back to the field Jack had other ideas and wanted to head for the the woods but I managed to turn him and wait for the others to catch up. Getting of was a different matter I was riding in OH Aussie stock saddle as my western is with Flora and it took me a while to work out how to get out the thing. After I untacked and put his fly rug on, Jack pulled me in for a big cuddle and that just made my day. I've been grinning from ear to ear all evening its like getting a kiss on your first date. :inlove::dance::bounce:
