max weight for pony?

What would you say is the max weight for a 13.2hh to 14.2hh ordinary pony and also a 13.2hh to 14.2hh cob type? mine is 15hh when shod and I fit him fine and also heavier people look fine on him too but just wondering for future reference about what other types I could get away with riding since I'm technically an adult now!

I'm rubbish at this, have you got photo's?
At a very wild guess I'd say if pony is light frame, 9 and a half to 10 stone, and for the cob around 12stone max? hard to judge without seeing them

Thanks just average ponies like connemara for example and cobs such as the hairy irish types.

Connemaras can carry a LOT more weight than other ponies like arabs or welshies They were used carry full grown men in Ireland remember.

Im no good at weights and stuff but it really does depend on the individual horse and how its built
