Measuring Stirrups and Girths

I have a girth and two pairs of Wintec stirrup leathers to sell on Ebay, Can someone tell me where the measurements start from? The top of the buckle?

gith you measure buckle end to buckle end, stirrup leathers you measure from end of buckle to end of strap

So for the stirrups where the leather starts?

If you lie them down in a straight line, measure directly from the top of the buckle one end to the end of the leather the other end
