Well guys it's been 12 weeks since the full knee replacement and I'm not as pleased as I could be with it. I'm very impatient and I expected it to be completely fixed by now. Okay, I was told it could be a year and maybe longer before I get the full benefit of it.

I've test driven it in the cart and as long as I have a box to stand on to get into the cart I'm fine but it's not going to work riding yet so I'm still a bit disappointed

It does take time. I find I do not have quite as much lateral flexibility, making getting in/out of cars more difficult if I do not have the space to open the door wide enough (car parks!). And six years on, I still have some sensitivity when kneeling. But, no pain. So I have now been referred to have the other knee done.

OH had it done years ago and never been really happy with his and has had to use a stick ever since. But then he had other issues as well. Hopefully it will come right for you soon.
