I'm really looking forward to it but slightly apprehensive about keeping jess sound and that she is currently spooky annie and we are escorting a 4 year old on his first beach ride, I really hope she doesn't show me up :cool: bummer is our photographer now can't make it so will probably only have ears shots again :(

How exciting and good luck, I love beach rides however mine dislikes seaweed so that just adds to the fun and makes me keep my wits about me;), he's never improved with it either, you would think it was going to eat him, lol:p:D.x

Haha, well, Jessica needed a lead from a friendly polo pony passing by to get her from the dunes onto the beach, the deep sand and seaweed combo was just too much for her :oops: Then in 75km/h wind the rain started, like needles in the face, none the less we spent 2 hours playing on the beach, had a few good long canters :D(occasionally the power steering and brakes failing :cool:) and had a paddle in the rather large white horses :D (which were totally horse eating today :oops:) all in all a brilliant day even if she was a spooky nut and showed up by the youngster she was meant to be showing the rope to :D
I didn't dare let go of the reins down near the sea, it was raining so hard and I wasn't sure I could hang on to my phone.

And, she's still sound this morning, no pulses and looks happy if a little sleepy still :D

Oh well done, big brave pants on by the sounds of it. I would love to bring my boy to the beach but I know he would get super excited and I don't know if my nerves would be up for it lol
 
Sounds like the rain and wind was a bit hard to take. .
Glad all is still well with her.

I'd love to get back to Goddard park they have a great beach and now this time of year
no restrictions to stay either side of the beach proper.

Sadly going there from the new house is the same distance as the old one:(:(:(:(:mad::mad::mad:
Its just coming from a different direction. bummer
