Finally downloaded pics so thought I'd share. Poohsmate is coming to see jess next Sunday and wanted some pics of me on board so I schooled a little first to get everything bedded down to where it sits. From said pics I realise my position has gone to crap, going to try and get some lessons after her saddle is sorted

You have a flat field. Not seen one of those for years.

I really do like your girl and she looks lovely on the flat. Do you jump her at all.

That's my sloping field NF! I have never really jumped her OBC, little logs in the forest and a couple of single fences a while back, she did purely western until last year, BUT we have a Xcountry course locally I quite fancy having a shot at so she will be learning to jump properly so hopefully we can do that later this year or early in the spring

I think you can just about lunge in one of mine avoiding a slope. Luckily we have a school.
Xc sounds fun.
