Lol want to OWN
the REAL CONJURING HOUSE
from the movies...
Its a couple miles away in the next village and back up for sale.
It sold 3 or 4 years ago or so for just over
400k now they want 1.2 mil.

Several paranormal shows have done
Episodes there.
It's a sort of haunted b and b now.
I pass it a lot.
I wouldn't spend the night there.
It's quite a creepy place to pass by.

The history of that place especially with the Perrone family is quite bizzare.
It's supposed to be the most haunted place in Rhode Island.
Is it true ?

Yes and it did sell for the big money.

The news reported that one of the sellers contingencies was that it was not supposed to be lived in full time or something like that.

I think it was bought by more paranormal people.

The sellers had been renting it for several nights at a time to paranormal people wanting to do paranormal exploration.

I don't think they ever opened it to normal people touring the place.

I don't know what the new owner plan to do..
For the big price tag they must have something in mind.

I always thought it would be interesting to see the place if it opened for tours but after the GHOST ADVENTURES Halloween special there a few years ago OMG NO WAY would I go in there.

My own spooky story- Years ago my brother lived in an old farm cottage in Scotland. Tiny place, middle of nowhere. I stayed for a few days in my late teens. Their border collie slept on my bed, every night around 1.30 am he'd wake me up, growling at something, hackles up, teeth bared - nothing there. Brother told me it was the wildlife outside - dont worry about it. Every morning the loft hatch in the hall would be open, and my brother told me it was the wind. Years later, my brother told me in the mid 60's, a farm worker had murdered his wife and son, climbed into the loft, and shot himself up there:eek:. Thank goodness he didn't tell me at the time - I'd have run screaming. How they lived there knowing this, I'll never understand.

Yikes! The open loft would have spooked me. When mr trews and me moved into our first home together one time he was in the bath and I happened to look up at the loft hatch on the landing and omg it was slightly open! I knew neither of us had moved it and decided there was someone up there! Hahaha you should have seen us like shaggy and scooby doo skirting around putting it straight! We didn’t realise it was just the wind that had blown it when we’d had the front door open lol lol

I've gone to 3 haunted Places ..tours

The dead of night ghost walk in Plymouth Massachusetts.
That was fabulous.

The Slater mill in Pawtucket Rhode Island.
That was ok Going into the water wheel room was eerie and claustrophobic.

Tavern On Main Chepachet Rhode Island haunted dinner.
It was ok you had dinner upstairs then investigated the place.
It was ok. I had never seen or touched the dousing type rods.. they are CREEPY
The way they do mov on their own.

They just had a show on last night about the conjuring house..

I looked it up and the new owners are doing
Hourly day tours and paranormal weekends.

I will take a pass on touring that place it creeps me out to much.
Going past on the roadway is as close as I want to get.
I don’t think I’d like the paranormal tour, I am auto suggestive and would probably spook myself silly!!!!

It's real creepy they do move In your hands
And go to the side...or cross.
They gravitate to things.

They really do work for water.
If we would have built on the 33 acres which is a dry hill.
We would have gotten a doused to site the well.

And omg I was shocked.. years ago a TOWN WORKER needed to dig the road near the house for Some reason.

HE PULLED OUT DOUSING RODS.
and used them.
I never would have expected that in a million years.

I'm a bit more leery of things too ...there are too many horrible things happening in the world anymore.

ESPECIALLY HALLOWEEN ATTRACTIONS.

Actors are running around scaring you w fake chainsaws etc eyc.

Plus now w covid THAT IS NOT OVER...
no way would I go to something crowded or sit inside a restaurant.

I'm glad years ago we got to Hammond Castle in Gloucester Massachusetts to there set up for Halloween.

The USS Salem in Quincy Massachusetts was fabulous too at Halloween.

BUT I'm glad I NOT find out they
WERE also REALLY HAUNTED til long after I had gone.

Thats pushing the envelope further than I want to.
