I LOVE sprouts.... in fact I buy frozen ones weekly and they are a regular addition to any roast dinner and sometimes anything else! Dom and I are boring eaters and like plain food so I've just steamed my veg for years - never boiled in water - but at a dinner party down in the big house I waited on recently the cook made shredded sprouts with fried lardons and I have to say I'm tempted this year to do something different. They were yummy!
