Does anyone know what colours you use?
I know that if the horse kicks its red but not sure what the other colours are for.
Forest has a show next week and he is quite green and can be spooky but me and a friend couldn't work out whether I would need blue or green for that?

So...
What is a green ribbon for?
What is a blue ribbon for?

As I said to someone yesteday - green means a young or green horse, likely to explode at any moment so please exercise caution around us!

No such think as a ribbon for a mare inseason, white denotes a stallion.

Sometimes red/white/blue are used in dales ponies, but there is no specific meaning to a blue ribbon.

i always thought:

red- a kicker
green- young/green /nervous horse
white/yellow- mare in season
blue- stallion

sont hold me on this- but i think this is what it is!:D
