Smelling of Horse

My car really does smell of horse, but I love the smell and if anyone is offended by it then they shouldn't be taking trips in my car in the first place. I keep all manner of horsey stuff in the rear of my car, but I think that it's my boots that omit the worst smell.

I don't think that I generally smell of horses, but I haven't actually asked anyone. Might raise the subject when I am next in work and see what they say??

Where we are based it is quote horsey and in the middle of lota of shows. On a weekend we always get loads of horsey people in work straight from shows or the yard in horse gear. People complain about it all the time but I LOVE the smell as they woft through the doors. Its a comforting smell to me. People always request to not sit near them in the restaurant. Im quite happy to voulenteer to have them all in my section! !

A couple of mornings I go to the yard before work. I change but I'm sure I smell sometimes! Certainly the area around my desk does because I put the clothes I've worn at the stables in a bag behind my desk. I've asked a friend to tell me if it is too noticeable. I don't care too much but was embarassed when a workmate picked straw out my hair in a meeting

Fake tan is FAR more offensive a smell than horses. As a teacher I'd rather have pupils wearing eau de horse than tan, lynx, bloody Hollister perfume or any other noxious smell.

I love the smell of horses! In fact I commented on our way back from a hack over the weekend that freshly cut grass and the smell of warm horse are two of my most favourite smells.

I am not too keen on people getting in my car though - generally seems to be quite dirty with bits of hay, straw and dust in it!!
