Dear friends of the equestrian world,
I am a second year student of the Masters degree of Animal Science and Technology at the University of Padua (Italy). I am writing my thesis on equine welfare, and I decided to accompany it with a survey on the same subject.

The survey will be used to carry out a research on equine welfare and stereotypies. Between the mentioned breeds there is also the Akhal-Teke horse.
❗️The answers are anonymous and the confidentiality of the data is guaranteed.
The data will not be disclosed in any form, but will be used in an aggregate way and only for statistical purposes for a Master’s degree thesis in Animal Science and Technology (University of Padua, Italy).
I invite you to share the survey with other people of the equestrian world, to help the statistical analysis by expanding the data collection.

Thank you in advance, all the help is greatly appreciated😊

Done.

Ia also agree this was the most well thought out and sensible survey I e participated in. I, too, hope to see the results

There was one error, however. When it asked for training time, I could‘t click on “none”, making that answer an error. My horses are 26 & 28 and retired. Their only training time is remedial to keep their ground manners in order:)

Thank you for completing the survey and also for your feedback. Are you sure there wasn't the option 0 times a week and 0 hours? Let me know😊

had a quick look i have a mixed herd of 2 horses 1 gelding 1 mare and 4 donkeys 3 geldings 1 jenny so looks like i would have to do one for each of them?

done 4 of them, Suze is a comtois pure bred but not listed, also for donkeys one of mine is a french but no idea what kind except he is 14hh and the others are UK bred donkeys and no category for that.

In this way it will take a lot of time. If you like you could complete the survey for one group, consider that the survey is more centered on the equines and in a minor way on the owners.
Thank you so much for the effort in answering for 4 groups!😊😊
