The Icelandic Horse Society and also Solva Icelandic Horses sell a cheaper version of the Boett, same principle, same material but about 2/3 the price.

Ok thanks for the replys!!!! Very helpful! Someone said that I should remove him from where he scratchs but he scartchs on the walls od his stables!!! And he goes well when combined with stabling and grass!!! Anyone know any oils??? I am starting to get interested in the whole oils idea!

It was me that said that... I don't stable my mare and keep her in an electric paddock rugged... she has regrown a lot of mane and tail and is the happiest I have seen her.

Yes I would normally leave him out 24/7 but he is a good doer!!! He will put on weight and loads of it!!!

hi there, my horse is a seet itch sufferer, i have the rug and tried all sorts off creams. you could try going to your local chemist and get a cream or spray that you would use on holiday for masquitos etc, there are many diffferent ones but all the same. I found this to be fantastic and this year my horse has a full mane and tail!!!!!!! it only cost about £2 so if it doesnt work for you then at least your not spending a fotune.
