Sham's home!
And even more gorgeous than I remembered her
She loaded straight away (I wasn't there at her end) and came calmly down the ramp, had a look round and led quietly to her stable. I let her have a look inside before I led her in, and she went straight to her haynet. I offered her a carrot but she didn't seem interested so I stuffed it into the hay for later.
She settled very quickly, which surprised me because she struck me as being quite nervous when I went to see her. She was very vocal though, yelling at everything that moved.
She was caked in mud from ears to tail (I'd asked that she wasn't groomed because I wanted to do it myself) and was fairly OK to brush, but kept going to the back of the stable, so I didn't press her, and her front end gleamed where I'd managed to get the mud off

Her mane's in a state, very long and tangled, and she's got a couple of wind plaits which I might have to cut out, but luckily I like undoing them.
Sorry, there's no pics because she wouldn't hold still long enough to get anything half decent, but I'll try again tomorrow.
I think Kels would be pleased!
