Has anyone got these, and if so are they good? I was looking for some new wellies, but am tempted to get these instead, although they are significally more expensive that what I'd hoped to spend o_O

I don't rate them for waterproofness - I wouldn't walk through a puddle deeper than a cm in them but they are very comfy. I only ride in mine, have had them around four years and they keep my feet warm in winter and fine in summer. I guess you don't feel your horse as well wearing them but I'm a happy hacker so they suit my needs.
I'm a size six and I think they are pretty true to size. I could probably wear a thicker pair of socks in winter if I wanted but my legs are quite chunky so while they'd fit round the foot, the thick sock up my leg would be a problem.

Sizing is fairly true. Too bulky round the ankle to ride in for me, though not impossible. I have waded through a creek in mine and kept my feet dry...at least until this autumn. They are about four years old now.

I have them too - I got mine in time for last winter and have used them pretty much constantly since. I find them very waterproof - have walked into a water jump to lead a pony in without a problem. Easy to hose off and I hack out in mine too. I take a 5 1/2 or 6 and find the 39s pretty generous - I need a thick pair of socks to keep them on, but they do keep my feet warm in winter.

Well, I think I'm going to go ahead given your responses! Think I'll go for a 39 and can always send them back if needed. They are down to £89.99 on an eBay shop with good reviews so might just go for it! I've been looking at them all week!

I have these and I think they're brilliant. I got some waterproofing spray from my local outdoors shop, just to give them an extra bit of help !! I also hack out in mine when I'm being too lazy, or im short on time. Only thing i don't like is they baggy around the ankle, and i prefer something that gives me some ankle support. [emoji4]

I've had 4 pairs of these and not one pair has lasted a year! Last pair only did 6 months so I am not buying another! To be fair I wore them a lot more than most people would as I am on the yard all day and rode 4 or 5 horses a day in them but anyway I would not recommend even though they are lovely and comfy!

Well, they arrived in the post today and I think I'm gonna have to send them back :-(

I got the 39 as reviews said they came up big, but the 39 is too narrow for my fat feet :p but at the same time the leg did feel wide and I can feel the extra leather on the heel pressing in, which again I'd read about in the reviews but people said once they wear in that gets better?

Dont know what to do! Any other boot recommendations?

Have a look at Kanyons. They are worth the little bit extra. Well made, sturdy and waterproof.

I've got a pair of these and I really like them! I found the sizing to be quite big as I'm normally a size 5 but I ended up with a size 3 and they're still slightly big but they're okay with thick socks. I walk through deep puddles and they're perfect at keeping my feet dry! :)

I have a pair of Toggi Canyons. I take a size 5 but the 4 was a good fit. They needed ‘breaking in’ but once worn for a couple of weeks they were comfortable and really warm. Downside is my socks now get wet when I walk in long, wet grass. I’ve had them just over 2 years so might go for something different next time.
