I'm looking into a broad spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement for 'the gorgeous one' for winter. I keep her on Biotol Equine Gold so it doesn't need a pro or prebiotic. I used to feed Equivite Original, but my tack shop would have to order it, the websites don't list the ingrediants and I can't remember what it includes!

Does anyone here use it and could you let me know what it covers?

What else do people use?

Cheers :)

I haven't used that one so can't tell you what is in it, sorry. I use formula4feet but I'm led to believe a cheaper but good option is Feedmark Benevit

I've used Feedmark's Benevit which i've always found good, i used along
with their garlic

Another fan of Feedmark's Benevit & it has the added advantage of free delivery to my door :p

After trying several good hoof supplements I've also found his feet are better without the specialist supplements but on a slightly higher dose of Benevit than his work level indicates. 'm not saying this is true in every case but it definately works for us.

I'm also another fan of feedmark Benevit.
Only thing is my arab pulled a funny face last winter when I started feeding but then ate no probs once he decided to try - I think it contains cod liver oil too so shiny coats.

I used Selenavite for the girls until I switched to the Equilibrium feed - don't need it now as the Equilibrium has the vits/minerals added.

Have a big tub at home unopened - you can have it for what I paid if you want.
