Anyone on here done it with success?

This will be my third dabble into the world of WW. I've done the old points system and did ProPoints in January of 2011 when it was first introduced. I did it for four months and did okay actually. I decided to quit when I struggled to get to class and found the monday class meant I couldn't treat myself at weekends.

But I have found a different class slightly further away from home but it's near the yard and is on a Thursday which allows some leeway for treats at the weekend.

I quite like the fact it's pretty close to a "normal" diet and means you can have the odd treat without feeling guilty. I intend to do it for a few months and then go back to using MyFitnessPal.

Yes and yes.
I find it easy to follow and although i seemed to get on better with the previous points system i am going to start again as I have put on a few pounds with stopping the fags and been laid up for a week or so not well.
In fact I'm off to sign up again!

I just di it online. It means a special trip to the next town and i am economising as much as poss just now.
Been good today but filled up on lentil soup at lunch.
Got 12 points left and intended making fish pish for tea. I will just have a measly portion and lots of veg.
Or make 2, one for me and one for OH who is lucky and can just about eat his own weight in food and not get fat

I've been on ww for about a month now. Lost just over half a stone (would have prob been more but didn't count points whilst daughter was in hospital). I only really want to lose a few more pounds and I'll be happy.

It did take me a couple of weeks to adjust to the pro points as i have done the old points system before a few times.

Oh has started counting his points too and has lost quite a bit of weight which he is delighted with (although it is sooo annoying that he gets so many more just for being a bloke lol)

I knew tha old system so well and find it a faff to convert points now but going to have another try.
7 pounds or so would do me. Poo picking and extra riding at this time of year helps

I found my biggest problem is portion size. When i'm not on ww, they just increase and then its only when i start counting points again that i realise just how much more I'm eating.

Oh yes. Quite scary when you weigh out pasta and rice!
Must admit, I sometimes do a week on shakes if I have to lose a bit and find the no carbs quite enjoyable, after the 3rd day that is. Its quite filling actually.

I'm doing WW online too, was just about to revive the old WW diary thread! I lost a stone then fell off the wagon and put most of it back on :redcarded:

Determined to really stick to it now and I WILL get to my goal and ultimately back in the saddle! It does work very well for me (when I stick to it!), I like the fact that I can choose what I want to eat and I can increase my exercise to earn more points if I've had a particularly naughty week.

I lose 7 gain 7 lose 7 gain 7
Not all at the same time but over a month or so!
Good idea about the thread or start a new one afresh.

I'm intriguied to see how much I have gained following my injury. My very honest sister said she didn't think I had gained much yet the ever so supportive OH says I have probably gained at least half of the 35lb i had lost prior to hurting myself.

Will let you all know how I get on tonight, class is 7.15pm!

Thats not so bad.
2lbs will come back off in the first week.
I had a fish pie last night but it was mega points but managed to restrict myself to one glass of vino which I though was saintly of me!
