I'm working Christmas eve. My work is moving office over the festive period so it's all hands to the pump to clear out and pack. It's a relaxed atmosphere though so I'm quite happy. I am going to my parents for Christmas and cant leave until I've fed flip on Christmas eve, so no point having days off when I can be at work but not doing much. Save my holidays for another time and tbh, the fact that my exams are done and I'm not having to study, makes me already feel like I'm on holiday. Just back from a five mile run tonight and now away to make some soup and tablet. Oh to have my evenings to myself again. Love it!

Tomorrow is my last day until 5th jan. Hubby finished last Friday though did go into work today for the morning to catch up (fortunately as he was being so annoyingly distracting this afternoon I really struggled to be productive!!)

Only Tuesday to work then rest of this week off. Working 3 days next week. Hopefully plenty of riding while I'm off.
Working until Xmas eve. Got the 2 days off working the 27th and 30th then start back on the 4th jan
I finished work on Friday, was sick for the last week though so was wrecked after work each day and slept a good bit. Not really organised this year for Christmas. Was one of those busy times for last couple months.
Did big clean today, still have to get a couple presents tomorrow and put up tree (usually do early December!) Will do some shopping for my mum for the Christmas dinner so she does not have to go to the crazy busy supermarkets.
Taking a few days to relax then have to do a lot of thesis work while off work, with pony study breaks to keep me sane

I finish work at about 2.30 tomorrow and that's it until we reopen on Sunday so have some nice down time 
looking forward to it but I do love Xmas eve in the shop, 99% of people are in great spirits and the other 1% are usually stressed out as they have left their shopping to the last minute, take them with a pinch of salt and the atmosphere in the shop is lovely

I am apparently on 'holiday' as I am not going into work, but I have 2 mega excited and crazy children to look after so it doesn't feel like a holiday at all. I swear that their school planned all the activities to get them as wound up and over excited as possible so that they are fit to burst!
We are going to my mother in laws on Christmas day which is a 2 hour drive, but seeing as the kids will literally get up at 4am I am hoping that we can all have a sleep in the car. I haven't really bothered with lots of presents for anyone apart from the kids. It's lovely to see them so excited and happy, but they are driving me slightly mad!

Sorry couldn't remember if I'd replied to this!lol yep selling up and heading off to pastures new. I haven't ruled anywhere out, but top of Scotland is a strong favourite atm. I love Cornwall but it is a bit expensive for us.
Well I am def on wind down now! Lovely farrier has been and girlies have new feet for Christmas! It is still very windy here though, so maybe not riding. It's a cold wind too, but a bit more Christmassy than warm and drizzly weather.
