I have arranged a dressage competion for our farm 7th October, I am really nervous as it is my first ever dressage test and first time arranging a competition.

I have now got 23 entries, which really surprised me, but am having sleepless nights worrying about what if's.

I am more bothered about the competion going smoothly than my own test (not even practiced properly yet), not had time.

So please wish me luck and any tips or advise would be gratefully received. And please all pray for good weather as it is outdoors as our indoor is not large enough.

Regards,

Beverley

Good luck on starting out.

Remember to work out your score sheets away from competitors - they try and fluster you and can distract your concentration....your scores MUST be right :)

Remember - dont let people see you're stressed! You can be, but still try and be pleasant and keep the atmosphere light.

Background music is always good!

Any more info, PM me.

Can't give you any tips (cos I'm a complete novice and wouldn't know one end of a dressage test from the other!) just wanted to send some good luck vibes, hope all goes well for you!
