Was chatting to a work friend and she is trying to lose weight, she's on a diet and goes to the gym, but it's not really coming off - so she has enlisted the help of a personal trainer - I asked her how much they charge these days, and she told me £35.00 per hour!!
I was gobsmacked and horrified at the thought of paying that........ But having thought about it, I think nothing about paying out for my weekly lessons, which amounts to the same thing.....
I have weekly lessons @ £10 for 45 mins and my RI isn't qualified - however, she has and does compete to advanced medium stressage with her off-the-track ex-racehorse!!! Therefore, I feel she can't be doing much wrong if she's at that level.... plus, she's fun and very enthusiastic!!
What do you pay, do you have regulary lessons and for how long?
