Please help me not freeze! Warm clothes recommendations wanted! :)

Hi there

Lots of layers but not cotton as this will not wick away sweat and you will feel cold and damp. Silk, polyester, woollen materials are best. There's plenty of thermal type underlayers etc. Have a look in ski shops, outdoors shops. Windproof, waterproof and breathable type fabrics

Don't forget also that your head looses the most heat.

Still recommend layers of good old fashioned wool under a long coat. Remember those big thick cardigans and jumpers your granny used to knit for you - that sort of thing is ideal, you will stay toasty, I can speak from experience! The wool also will wick away any sweat giving you a cosy and comfortable ride.

Also, remember to keep the extremities warm, like head, fingers and tootsies!
