2026 in photos

My brunch was a ploughman's and my eyes are bigger than my belly šŸ˜‚
Luckily the shop didn't have coleslaw or gherkins as there was no space on the plate which isn't small

Sorry did the equivalent of dry January. No post January. Was supposed to be so i could sort out my life and not distract myself. That part didnt work. Still havent achieved my goals. I've been checking in everyday though.

This is what 2026 feels like so far, just constant darkness šŸ˜©

For years I finished work at 3, so it didnā€™t feel as bad, but now I donā€™t finish until 5/6 itā€™s dragged on!

Totally understand with the darkness. I will take a snap of the rain and the gloom tomorrow lol I feel like its eternal gloom up here right now. Had two full weeks of gales and there's no let up in sight. Just getting into town today was hazardous on the Churchill barriers - lots of wave action :eek: :eek:
We all need spring don't we.

I try to break things down into bite size pieces then I can tick it off.
But that rhyme of 30 days have September, April June and November, but January has 1567 šŸ˜‚

It's just hibernation month to recharge for me.
 
An unusual one from the cob.
She's got a few black spots. I have clipped her front not than I have before and she's decided to grow some of her coat through as black spots.
I only clipped her the once last year.

She's clean on the other side. She couldn't be arsed to roll over all the way. I think it was just too muddy and slippery! She was glad to come back onto the yard I think.
I think the mud sums it up. It is ruddy cold too. My ears are about to fall off. So far 2026 has been not so nice with the weather.

It was definitely a cooked breakfast morning. Honestly, I've never come back inside so tired and wet and battered with the wind. Kind Mr T made this.

Whiskers and Mrs Mack who are both feeling spring fever today - in and out, in and out...........less sleeping and more mooching from them which is nice to see.
