So I bought a shed well I was looking for a shed at the time lol it's actually a 2 nd hand summer house for £150. I was looking for a shed to store the horse stuff in instead of the garage.

My project is to turn it into a ‘she shack’ 10 ft by 8ft for me to have for hobbies, like sewing and reading and generally chilling in heres some pics of it in situ at former owners place. It’s currently in 8 bits at the side of my house ready to be reassembled this week.

These are some inspirations for my ‘she shack’ think girly man cave lol be back later in the weeks and month to getting my look just right furnished from other people junkand charity shops etc. So excited to get started on this. Just need this awful stormy wet weather to break it was no fun taking it down with a force 6 gale blowing :-(. I have some friends coming to help reassemble it this Tuesday weather permitting

It’s up minus the roof and doors a good afternoons work for the two of us. So pleased it’s back together safely. Doors on tomorrow and friends helping Wednesday to put the roof....guttering and refelt the roof

Then I can begin the makeover inside at least might wait till spring for the outside makeover..... dryer weather will certainly help me.

❤️❤️
(There she is in her new home) lol

Have you decided what kind of theme you're going with? You could always add a touch of horsey feel.......................maybe get some old tack polished up and hung in strategic places, horsey cushions etc. Hehehee, I am really envious! OH and I were going to ask around for an old boat - (there are lots up here) to do similar with in the garden.

oh definitely do a boat that would be great fun. Unfortunately my shed is going to be girly a bit of contemporary meets country cottage/shabby chic lol I bought the paint for the inside it’s cream pale jasmine :) and flowery cushions with throws etc. I found a bargain table come desk for £20 on my selling pages the glass has the word love etched in lots of different launguages :) it pretty different

Well today the roof and doors are going back on. Some friends are helping felt the roof and pit facisas back on.... the floor needs to dry out with the rain and hail the last few days..... soon be ready to begin painting and furnishing :) I won’t be painting the outside till the warmer spring days.
It’s going to take a few days to undercoat and paint it...

Then the fun bit can begin .... seeking out other people’s unwanted treasures. To make a cosy space for my hobbies. Apart from doing the roof and rehanging the doors. I will have and will be doing the rest of the work myself. The internal and external decor ❤️❤️
