The new rider mommies thread

Ive Just stumbled across this thread Ive recently becomea first time mother!

My little Girl was born on the 1st of August 2009 and weighed 7lbs1.

Her name is Dominique Nicole Shackleton.

Ive also two horses, a Cob and a TB, Montana and Sheva. (both are returning from loan withen the next 10 days!)

awwwwwwwwww, all the babies on here are so cute, mine is 11 months and 1 week, they grow so fast, i dont miss the sleepless nights though!!, i also have a 10 year old and a 5 year old, all girls and 2 horses, a 12.2 new forest and a 14hh new forest x both kept on livery at a yard where i work, sometimes i dont now wether im coming or going, dont even get time to have a bath in peace lol

Cor you must be a very busy mummy, love to see the piccies of your New Forests. I have a yearling and a 3 year old daughter and have been trying for baby no 2 since Jan 08
 
Hey, sorry have been to busy to get on here lol, think this is the first sit down and coffee of the day, yeah iam busy gna try and upload some pics but dont no how do you have a facebook link and i could add you there i have lots of pics and stuff, awww you have a yearling is it a filly or colt? i have ridden for the first time today in ages and bloomin heck it hurts my bum n legs are killing me lol :)

LOL, I remember when I first rode after nearly a year and I felt like John Wayne all over again!!! He had his do dahs whipped off at 10 months, he is a Lovely Hill boy. Cant help with the photo uploading Im not very techinical like that, well not since having a child!!

Jensen Jacob - 19th October 2005
Holly Robyn - 14th September 2008
Fortunately mine were both small - 6lb 12oz and 5lb 13oz. Some of the size of yours have made my eyes water!!!
No pony as yet but hoping to find something for the three of us to share next year. OH is set on having a Shire horse so he will have to wait some time longer!!! :)

I haven't been around much so forgot to post about it. 7 lbs 6 oz, 23 1/2 inches long after 36 hours in labour (10 of which was in transition urg). They ended up yanking him out and he was born blue from the umbilical cord around his neck. I don't even want to comment on the stitches!

He's seven months now, and 23 lbs!
